Welcome to The Roadster Shop, where Engineering meets Hot Rodding

The custom chassis program begins by completely 3D scanning a vehicle using either our Creaform GO!Scan Spark or Faro Edge LLP. From there I work with our sales team and the customer to determine feasible design targets that meet the customers desires. Afterwards the chassis is modeled in SolidWorks, complete with drivetrain, suspension, and more. Once the customer approves of the design, prints are made for production.

The Roadster Shop is famous for building complete cars, and I have been fortunate to design the chassis and special components to support some of these amazing builds.

By utilizing the latest 3D scanning equipment and developing well refined processes, I have improved the quality and accuracy of our full car scans while reducing cost and labor.
